★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oktober 2018 extra schilderwerk uit laten voeren op achtergevel die in 2015 nieuw is geschilderd. Februari 2019 constatering dat schilderwerk loslaat op diverse plekken dus bladdert en ook op diverse plekken scheuren. In maart bedrijf ingelicht. Wordt door bedrijf verklaard dat dit komt door slecht houtwerk wat bekend zou moeten zijn en dat er diverse reparaties zouden zijn uitgevoerd. Dat klopt ten eerste niet qua reparaties en al zou dat zo zijn, dan nog mag schilderwerk niet binnen 1 1/2 jaar zomaar bladderen, loslaten en scheuren. Bedrijf komt begin april situatie inspecteren en biedt vervolgens aan dit te herstellen voor de helft van de kosten (dat is dus de garantie). Ik draai op voor de andere helft. Vervolgens tot begin juni geen enkele reactie qua in planning van werkzaamheden. Na herhaald vragen een reactie en het is nu begin juli. Vind dit niet bepaald getuigen van een professionele houding. Medio juli na wederom vragen respons dat er nog wel eens contact wordt opgenomen. Snap er geen fluit van maar stap over.

Then until the beginning of June no response in terms of planning work. After repeated questions a response and it is now early July. Do not think this is testament to a professional attitude. In mid-July after another request for a response that contact is sometimes made. Do not understand, but step over.
