D	Duojia Song on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ heel slecht ervaring , komt nooit meer terug . Beste team Botman, Natuurlijk weet ik waarom ik weg ging omdat ik zeer ontevreden was over jullie dienst. Eigenlijk heb ik geen zin om mijn ervaring publiek te delen Hier. Maar hierdoor moet ik wel eerlijk vertellen over wat er was gebeurd. Tijdens de behandeling, werd de vieze speeksel niet weggezogen uit mijn mond maar moest ik doorslikken van dr medewerker omdat volgens jullie dat de regel was. Ik werd er erg misselijk van. Dat was echt belachelijk en onprofessioneel. Terwijl Bij voormalig tandarts van mij was er langer dan 20 jaar nooit problemen geweest . Ten tweede, na een duur behandeling voor een kroon kreeg ik juist meer problemen met het eten, dus dat was geen goede behandeling geweest. Ook had ik het gevoel dat jullie alleen maar focussen op het geld. Alleen Duur behandelingen zijn interessant voor jullie. Dit zijn mijn eerlijke ervaringen. very bad experience, never coming back. Dear team Botman, Of course I know why I left because I was very dissatisfied with your service. Actually, I don't feel like sharing my experience publicly here. But because of this I have to be honest about what happened. During the treatment, the dirty saliva was not sucked out of my mouth but I had to swallow by the employee because according to you that was the rule. It made me very sick. That was really ridiculous and unprofessional. While my former dentist had never had any problems for more than 20 years. Second, after an expensive treatment for a crown, I had more problems with eating, so that would not have been a good treatment. I also had the feeling that you are only focusing on the money. Only Duration treatments are of interest to you. These are my honest experiences.

Fijne communicatie en vriendelijk personeel! Deze tandartspraktijk is zeker een aanrader!! Top dentists and dental assistants! skilled and professional. I have been here for a number of years, also had my invisalign braces placed here. I am very satisfied with the result. Great communication and friendly staff! Ik som op hoe dat komt: Dezelfde behandeling is bij een andere tandarts ruim 150 euro goedkoper dan bij Botman tandartsen. Ben ik even blij dat ik vergeleken heb voordat ik de behandeling liet uitvoeren! Overigens ben ik het daarnaast ook niet eens met andere praktijken in deze praktijk. Hier is het schijnbaar beleid dat de assistente tandsteen begint te verwijderen nog voordat de tandarts "hallo" gezegd heeft. Steeds een andere tandarts aan de stoel bevalt me overigens ook niet - ik ben heel gevoelig voor een persoonlijke en klantvriendelijke benadering, dit ontbreekt hier mijns inziens volledig. Ik ben nu na 15 jaar(!) overgestapt naar een andere praktijk maar heb met weemoed terug gedacht naar de fijne tijd met heer Botman senior op de VastenavondKampstraat voordat ik overstapte. In deze praktijk op de van Boerlostraat heb ik het gevoel dat geld belangrijker is dan patiëntvriendelijkheid/ belang van de patiënt/ oog voor de patiënt. Ik vind het doodzonde. Gemiste kans familie Botman en team! jammer!! P.s. leuke gadget die "hoi-ik-ben-er-automaat" bij de balie. Waar is de tijd gebleven dat de altijd-lente-assistente gewoon "goedemorgen meneer, neemt u plaats in de wachtkamer" zegt? I am a dissatisfied exclient of this practice. I sum up how that comes: The same treatment is more than 150 euros cheaper at another dentist than at Botman dentists. Am I glad that I compared before I had the treatment performed! Incidentally, I also disagree with other practices in this practice. Here is the apparent policy that the assistant begins to remove tartar even before the dentist has said "hello". I do not like another dentist at the chair either - I am very sensitive to a personal and customer-friendly approach, this is completely missing in my opinion. I have now switched to a different practice after 15 years (!), But with some nostalgia I have thought back to the good time with Mr. Botman senior on the Vastenavond Kampstraat before I switched. In this practice at the van Boerlostraat, I feel that money is more important than patient-friendliness / patient's interest / eye for the patient. I think it is deadly sin. Missed opportunity Botman family and team! Unfortunately!! P.s. nice gadget that "hi-i-am-vending machine" at the counter. Where is the time that the always-spring-assistant just says "good morning sir, take place in the waiting room"?
P	Paul Geraedts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al met al geen goede ervaring. Kwam voor een consult omtrent invisalign, hetgeen mij in het buitenland aangeraden was. Door het constante schampere gelach van -met name- de assistente voelde ik me tijdens het gesprek niet erg serieus genomen. Ik heb nou eenmaal geen opleiding tot tandheelkundige gevolgd, dus als ik wat termen door elkaar haal tijdens mijn consult hoef ik daar niet op afgerekend te worden. Prijs die mij gequote werd was nogal aan de hoge kant maar dat zal bij iedere tandarts zo zijn, daar heb ik begrip voor. Wat mij dus vooral erg tegenstond was de onpersoonlijke en zelfs nogal arrogante houding tijdens het gesprek. Beetje jammer! Overall not a good experience. Came for a consultation on invisalign, which was recommended to me abroad. Because of the constant scornful laughter of -especially- the assistant, I did not feel taken very seriously during the conversation. After all, I have not followed a dental training, so if I mix up some terms during my consultation, I do not have to be judged on that. The price that was quoted to me was rather high, but that will be the case with every dentist, I understand that. What really disliked me was the impersonal and even rather arrogant attitude during the conversation. A pity!

S I got refund twice of 32 euro to my bank account, can I know if it is the right amount or it was sent by mistake??
