Ooit tip gehad het hufterproof te verpakken.. Altijd een goed idee als je het onbeschadigd wil houden.. Ik ben en blijf zeker tevreden klant! Good service, beautiful products. Nothing negative at all. Returns, if they are simply undamaged, will be processed properly! Ever had a tip to package it vandal-proof .. Always a good idea if you want to keep it undamaged .. Zeer slecht bedrijf, beweren dat retouren niet hetzelfde zijn als zij verstuurd hebben, beschuldigen je als klant terwijl zij denken dat ze er mee weg komen door arrogante mailtjes te sturen. Als je zo je geld moet verdienen! look after!! Very bad company, claiming returns are not the same as they sent, accusing you as a customer when they think they get away with it by sending arrogant emails. If that's how you need to earn your money!

K	Kayla Formanek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a gold pendant on their site. The advertisement reflected a gold pendant with gold chain and gold stud earrings as a gift. The pendant arrived without gold stud earring and no gold chain. The person agreed the marketing photo was misleading. I called the customer listed number on their website to report the missing items and indicated we would send back the pendant by post at our own cost and requested a refund. A few days later I received an email indicating that they would be withholding 25% payment because the pendant was damaged. This was impossible because it had remained in the box, given the missing items. I attempted to get hold of customer service. I was told I could only communicate by email. No refund has been processed now for over 3 months. I made use of klachtkompas and Consumentenbond to assist me getting a refund. Both communicated that they reached out to BoumanOnline but received no response from BoumanOnline. I am a regular online shopper and I have never faced this type of dismissing response to a customer from any online vendor. I strongly recommend online shoppers to be extremely prudent dealing with this vendor. I am now pursuing a more formal route to receive my refund.
