s	seb Vranken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb een trui voor mijn vriendin gekocht die helaas te groot was, gelijk opgestuurd voor retour maar ze zeggen dat het product te laat is aangekomen en beschadigd is (ze zeggen dat de trui uitgeschuurd is en onder de make up zit wat duidelijk niet het geval was!). erg slechte service en niet telefonisch te bereiken. op de mailtjes word ook erg laat gereageerd. Deze zeer slechte service raad ik niemand aan, als ik geen sterren kon geven had ik het gedaan. I bought a sweater for my girlfriend that was unfortunately too big, immediately sent for return but they say the product arrived too late and is damaged (they say the sweater has been scoured and under makeup which is clearly not the case used to be!). very bad service and not reachable by phone. the emails are also responded very late. I don't recommend this very bad service to anyone, if I couldn't give stars I would have done it.
