Op een maandag gebeld voor een klus en gevraagd of hij bij voorkeur op een vrijdag kon komen kijken. Diezelfde week ging dat niet, "maar volgende week moet dat wel lukken". Een definitief tijdstip werd weliswaar niet afgesproken, maar wij zouden toch die hele dag thuis zijn. Die week er na dus zitten wachten en rond 15.30 uur toch maar even gebeld of hij nog zou komen. Hij gaf aan: "Hadden wij iets afgesproken dan?" Nou ja, concreet qua tijdstip niet, maar wel qua dag. Hij "kon nu echter niet, maar hij zou terugbellen". Dat was 13 november 2020. Het is nu 7 februari 2021: helaas nooit meer iets gehoord.... De 4.000 euro kostende klus is inmiddels in perfecte staat door een ander geklaard; jammer, ik had hr. Smeets het best gegund In the context of Corona and "support local companies as much as possible", we thought we should be the first to contact this construction company. Called on a Monday for a job and asked if he could preferably come and watch on a Friday. That same week that didn't work, "but it should work next week". A definite time was not agreed, but we would still be home all day. That week I had to wait and around 3.30 pm I called to ask if he would still come. He indicated: "Had we agreed on something then?" Well, not specifically in terms of time, but in terms of day. However, he "could not now, but he would call back". That was November 13, 2020. It is now February 7, 2021: unfortunately nothing has ever been heard again .... The 4,000 euro job has now been done by someone else in perfect condition; too bad, I had Mr. Smeets the best
