★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf heeft een slechte communicatie met de klant. Zij waren ingeschakeld via de verzekering voor opname van een schade. Ze zouden ons op de hoogte houden van het verloop daar van. Na 2 weken maar eens gaan bellen antwoordt we komen er volgende week op terug. Geen reactie dus weer gebeld e nee we hebben nog geen terugkoppeling gehad mevrouw we bellen u zsm. Daarna weer gebeld en naar de juiste persoon gevraagd (die je niet te woord staat) maar via de telefonisteen dan krijg je hetzelfde antwoordt we bellen u terug nog geen terug koppeling heden nog steeds niks gehoord en 5 weken verder terwijl het allang terug gekoppeld was van de verzekering. Hier ga ik zeker GEEN zaken mee doen.
This company has poor communication with the customer. They had been brought in via the insurance to take out damage. They would keep us informed of the progress of that. After 2 weeks of calling, we will get back to you next week. No response, so called again e no we have not yet had any feedback, ma'am, we will call you asap. Then called again and asked for the right person (who is not able to speak to you) but via the telephone operator you will receive the same answer we will call you back yet no feedback today still nothing heard and 5 weeks further while it was already linked back from the insurance. I'm definitely NOT going to do business with this.
