★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben vooraf gebeld of we konden komen naar de showroom in Meppel. Behalve de openingstijden werd vooraf telefonisch niet gecommuniceerd over het feit dat de kinderen niet welkom zijn in de showroom. Op de website staat er ook helemaal niets hierover. Bij de ingang probeert een onprofessionele medewerker deze zelfverzonnen regels te verkopen als maatregelen die door RIVM landelijk bepaald zijn. Er was verder niemand aanwezig die kon duidelijkheid geven waar die regels gebaseerd waren in een tijd waar de kinderen onder de 12 juist geen restricties meer hebben.
We vinden dit bijzonder klantonvriendelijk en onprofessioneel.
We called in advance if we could come to the showroom in Meppel. Except the opening hours, no telephone communication was made in advance about the fact that the children are not welcome in the showroom. There is also absolutely nothing on the website about this. At the entrance, an unprofessional employee tries to sell these self-made rules as measures determined nationally by RIVM. No one else was present to clarify where those rules were based at a time when the children under 12 no longer have any restrictions.
We find this particularly customer-unfriendly and unprofessional.
