Je bent er klant en geen nummer.
Hier voelt het als de klant is "koning".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer klantvriendelijk gericht. Zeer behulpzaam en denken met je mee om een niet alledaags probleem op te lossen, en heb je maar 2 schroefjes nodig? ....dan kun je ook 2 schroefjes kopen...ipv 16 in gesealde zak bij grote bouwmarkt.
Very customer-oriented. Very helpful and think along with you to solve an unusual problem, and you only need 2 screws? .... then you can also buy 2 screws ... instead of 16 in a sealed bag at a large hardware store.

Nice employees nice to talk to. The employees are calm and understanding. I have to say I would rather go there than to such a big chain.
