★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voorraadinformatie klopt niet, dus de spullen die je echt de volgende dag nodig hebt komen niet. En je wordt daar ook niet tijdig over gebeld zodat je ze elders kan bestellen.
 Stock information is incorrect, so the stuff you really need the next day doesn't arrive. And you will not be called about this in time so that you can order them elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee keer iets besteld, wat op voorraad was. En beide keren is het 4 dagen te laat geleverd. (na de afgesproken leverdatum)
Als je haast hebt met een klus, moet je hier dus rekening mee houden.
Ordered something twice, which was in stock. And both times it was delivered 4 days late. (after the agreed delivery date)
If you are in a hurry with a job, you should take this into account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtig bedrijf aan de duistere weg in Oosterwolde waar je de net even betere benodigheden kunt vinden dan in de reguliere winkels,ook allerlei zuren en andere chemisch vocht,gemaakt in de verhoudingen die de klant eventueel wenst. Alles kan via de website besteld worden en wordt dan thuisbezorgd..leuke zaak voor aparte vraag...
Beautiful company on the dark road in Oosterwolde where you can find the slightly better supplies than in the regular stores, also all kinds of acids and other chemical moisture, made in the proportions that the customer may wish. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zondag besteld maandag in huis. Er Ging iets mis met mijn bank waardoor de bestelling dubbel besteld werd en betaald. Hebben ze zonder tussenkomst van mij automatisch gecorrigeerd. Helemaal top!
Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Monday. Something went wrong with my bank and the order was double ordered and paid. They corrected automatically without my intervention. Absolutely great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vat methanol besteld, netjes gebeld over de levering en de voorwaarden die aan het kopen van methanol gebonden waren, bestelling stond op donderdag voor 17:00 besteld morgen in huis..
Dat werd donderdag al vrijdag.
Vrijdag nog maar een gebeld omdat het me niet lekker zat, werd het dinsdag.
Terwijl er nadrukkelijk aangegeven was dat ik het vrijdag nodig had ivm afstellen auto, was allemaal geen probleem..
Mensen die er werken zijn overigens wel vriendelijk, maar afspraken nakomen dan wel even opbellen of mailen dat het zowat een week later word doen we niet aan..
Vat of methanol ordered, neatly called about the delivery and the conditions that were linked to buying methanol, order was ordered on Thursday before 17:00, tomorrow at home..
That was Thursday already Friday.
Only one called on Friday because I was not feeling well, it became Tuesday.
While it was expressly stated that I needed it on Friday due to adjusting the car, all was no problem..
The people who work there are friendly by the way, but keeping appointments or calling or emailing that it will be about a week later is not something we do..
