★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb geprobeerd een bowlingbal te kopen die achteraf niet leverbaar blijkt te zijn. Communicatie erover was strikt zakelijk en zonder enig gevoel. De twee sterren krijgen ze omdat ik mijn geld terug heb gekregen (laat en niet op de manier zoals ik het verzocht had)
Was het eerste contact met het bedrijf, was niet erg onder de indruk
I tried to buy a bowling ball that turns out to be unavailable. Communication about it was strictly business-like and without any feeling. They get the two stars because I got my money back (late and not in the way I requested)
Was the first contact with the company, was not very impressed
