Omdat we zo trevreden zijn hebben we ook onze veiligheidshekjes besteld. Wat ook erg fijn vind is het professionele advies dat je vooraf en ook achteraf krijgt. Al mijn vragen werden beantwoord en nog fijner er werd met mij meegedacht. Ga zo door Boxenland! Last year I ordered a grondbox and play mats on benches Country for my twins. So beautiful material and a good price / quality ratio. Because we are so satisfied, we have also ordered our safety gates. What do also really liked the professional advice you beforehand and also get afterwards. All my questions were answered and finer was thought along with me. Keep it up Boxenland!
S	Sarina Hendrikx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probleem dat spijlen loslaten volgens boxenland gebeurd dit niet zomaar.. wij zijn heel zuinig op onze spullen het is ook op de foto te zien doe wij gestuurd hebben dat de spijlen minimaal van lijm voor zien zijn. Maar nee dat kan niet omdat ze nog nooit klachten hebben gehad... maar eej eens kan de eerste keer zijn.. en als dit nooit gebeurd binnen 1 jaar snap ik niet waarom het niet nettjes opgelost wordt. Boxenland blijft onpersoonlijke mails sturen met daarin nog steeds geen a b c oplossing. Lijkt wel een bescherming van zich zelf dan dat er echt naar een oplossing gekeken wordt. Ik heb nu gecommuniceerd dat ik gebeld wil worden.. we wachten maar weer af.. voor nu 1 ster. Heel veel mensen die ik spreek vinden jullie communicatie zoals op fb en op chat onnozel. Denk dat jullie hier een leer punt hebben. Succes. Problem that bars come loose according to box land does not happen this easily .. we are very careful with our stuff it can also be seen in the photo we have sent that the bars have at least glue. Ik kreeg snel antwoord op mijn vraag en de tegels werden snel geleverd. Aanrader! ?? We have purchased a play mat in foam tiles. Very nice tiles in fun colors! Genoemde oplossing was 40%korting op een nieuw hek, ging ik niet mee akkoord en reageren niet meer op mails. Opeens hebben ze reviews van 5 sterren na deze slechte review omdat ze hem niet weg kunnen halen. Toeval? Dangerous! Always pay attention when you buy something here. Mentioned solution was 40% discount on a new fence, I did not agree and no longer respond to emails. Suddenly they have 5 star reviews after this bad review because they can't take it away. Dus melding gemaakt en krijg ik te horen dat ik het moet afdekken en moet behandelen. Dit terwijl op hun site staat:” All weather buitenboxen. Deze (houten) buitenboxen zijn zo behandeld dat ze goed geschikt zijn om langere tijd buiten te gebruiken (bij vocht/regen).” Niet dus. Bought a large all-weather ground box at Boxenland.
