Maar het is een bijna onmogelijke opgave om bij de opslag te komen met opengebroken straten en geen duidelijk wegwijzer. Maar dit ligt denk aan de gemeente en niet zozeer aan de exploitant. Ik kreeg telefonisch uitgebreid en duidelijk advies. Pluspunt vond ik de ruime tijden dat ik bij mijn spullen kan en ook de prijs is redelijk. Enige min puntje was de scharnieren van de deuren niet kompleet waren, het werd wel dezelfde dag gecorrigeerd. Very correct and flexible. Even on the day of delivery it was still possible to rent a larger size box. Only minus point was the hinges of the doors were not complete, it was corrected the same day.

Alles is keurig netjes verzorgd van te voren en uitgelegd. Het enige kleine min puntje is dat je een afspraak moet maken om weer nieuwe spulletjes te brengen of te halen maar goed, dat wist ik van te voren, daarin tegen is dat de voordelige prijs die er weer tegenover staat. Maar al met al ben ik dik tevreden. Hello dear people, Please let me know that I am a new customer of boxx.nl and have a good experience with this since today. The only small minus point is that you have to make an appointment to bring or pick up new things, but well, I knew that in advance, the disadvantage is that the advantageous price is in return. k	kyara Espacia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb vanaf het begin helaas een slechte ervaring met Boxx opslag. er is continu miscommunicatie. wanneer je een afspraak maak voor het leveren van je spullen ben je afhankelijk van hun planning, enigszins begrijpelijk maar als je van te voren aangeeft datje de sleutels van je nieuwe huis pas om 11 uur krijg komen ze toch om 9u in de ochtend leveren, dan krijg je ook nog een antwoord ja mevr maar dat is onze planning. ik zei ow dus ik moet met mijn inboedel op straat zetten, ja ja ja daar kunnen we niks aan doen. Prima vandaar deze slechte review en ik andere mensen NIET aanraad om in zee te gaan met Boxx opslag! I have unfortunately had a bad experience with Boxx storage from the start. there is continuous miscommunication. when you make an appointment to deliver your belongings you depend on their schedule, somewhat understandable but if you indicate in advance that you will not receive the keys to your new house until 11 am they will still deliver at 9 am, then will you also get an answer yes mrs but that is our planning. I told you so I have to put my belongings on the street, yes yes yes we can't do anything about that. Great, hence this bad review and I do NOT recommend other people to go into business with Boxx storage!
J	Joost van Pelt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij aankomst in Schiedam leek alles goed te gaan. Met het inbelnummer ging de goede deur open. Binnen zouden voor ons 2 kisten klaar staan. Geen kist had onze naam. Ook geen info hoe je zo'n kist open krijgt.na gebeld te hebben, zou er iemand komen. Die persoon moet nog komen. Nog een keer gebeld om aan te geven welke boxen wij in gebruik zouden nemen. Al met al. Alles wat vooraf was geregeld ging niet goed,het telefonisch contact was goed. Hoop dat bij ophalen van onze spullen, het beter gaat. On arrival in Schiedam everything seemed to be going well. The dial-in number opened the right door. Inside there would be 2 boxes ready for us. No coffin had our name. Also no info on how to open such a box. After calling, someone would come. That person has yet to come. Called again to indicate which boxes we would use. All in all. Everything that was arranged in advance did not go well, the telephone contact was good. Hope that when you pick up our stuff, things will get better.
