Stichting SEI is opgericht door UNETO-VNI en omvat de erkenningsregeling voor onder andere het vakgebied zonne-stroom. Stichting Kwaliteit voor Installaties Nederland (KvINL) is begin 2014 ontstaan uit de fusie van KBI (Stichting Kwaliteitsborging Installatiesector) en SEI (Stichting Erkenning Installatiebedrijven) en opgericht ten behoeve van de kwaliteitsborging binnen de installatiesector. KvINL is de instantie die de SEI erkenning toekent en in beheer heeft.

Wij hebben via bozon zonnepanelen aangeschaft. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en backoffice. Goed advies ontvangen en ze doen wat ze beloven. Meer 100% aanrader!

Als je na drie tevreden jaren een probleem in de meterkast krijgt en je niet eens weet of het gerelateerd is aan de zonnepanelen, ... en als je dan belt en ze staan binnen een uur op de stoep... dan weet je dat het een top bedrijf is. Alles prompt opgelost !
If after three happy years you get a problem in the meter box and you don't even know if it is related to the solar panels, ... and when you call and they are on the doorstep within an hour ... you know it's is a top company. Everything solved promptly!

I had an appointment for Solar Panel inspection today morning between 08:00-10:00 for 45 to 60 minutes. However, Sebastiaan from Bozon called me at 9:23 and said that he couldn't make it on time and asked to come at 12:00. I said to him it was not possible because I had two appointments at tax office at 11:40 and at 14:20. So I asked him to come after 4pm even after 5pm. But he said that he couldn't come at that hours. Therefore I requested from him to come to my home as quickly as possible. Then I called SolarCentury customer service at 9:37 to inform about this situation. They said that we would call back you soon. After then Sebastiaan from Bozon called me again at 10:01 and informed me that he couldn't come to my house. I asked him to come at 4pm or 4:30pm or even after 5pm. However, he refused it because he said he had to be at different place on after 4pm. When I informed him that I would make complaint about this situation, he said that "you could go forward with it." This is not respectful and this is not acceptable. If your colleague does not obey the appointment on time why you make an appointment then? Why I contacted with Solar Century together with IKEA? Because Solar Century installs Solar Panel System to one of my friend's house. And it has co-operation with IKEA. And my friend was happy with the service. However, this is the case that I had an appointment and your installation company informed me that they cannot come to my home at the appointment time at the last time. This is not acceptable. Because there was no rational and valid reason not to attend the appointment on time. Moreover, Solar Century customer service suggested to come for inspection after 5pm. And I said them I had already asked but I got refused. So my solution proposal to Solar Century was to work with different installation company. But I got an answer this is not possible for Eindhoven area. I have an appointment with you to install Solar Panel to my house on 8th of May. Because of the above mentioned explanation and complaint, I have cancelled the installation. I am not happy with the service at all that I got so I will share this bad experience with all my friends. EDIT: Your score is not important for me and I can not believe your score. My experience is very bad with your company. Today your colleague did not come to our appointment and he said that you could go forward with your complain. And I will share my bad experiance and complain on the internet.
