β β β β β Vandaag onze 2 autoβs door de wasstraat gehaald. Bij de eerste werden de wielen door de wielborstels achter de auto gewassen. Met een kras op de bumper als gevolg. Gemeld bij de bediende, maar ze gaf me weinig aandacht. Onze 2e auto is langer, dus toch maar geprobeerd. Nu werden de achterportieren geborsteld in plaats van de achterwielen!
Weer gemeld bij bediende. Ik kreeg een gratis wasbon(die ik vanzelfsprekend niet meer ga gebruiken). De juiste reactie was geweest om de straat te sluiten tot er een monteur is langsgekomen.
 Took our 2 cars through the car wash today. In the first, the wheels were washed by the wheel brushes behind the car. Resulting in a scratch on the bumper. Reported to the clerk but she paid me little attention. Our 2nd car is longer, so we tried it anyway. Now the rear doors were brushed instead of the rear wheels!
Reported back to clerk. I received a free laundry voucher (which I will of course no longer use). The correct response would have been to close the street until a mechanic showed up.

They didn't accept Visa or MasterCard when trying to solve the problem, they called the police, even at the headquarters, they ignored the topic. The whole company is committed to my willingness and help.
