β β β β β Normaal super te spreken over ze. Zo ontzettend vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam.
Maar als het over postnl gaat, word er amper info gegeven. Ik word niet doorverbonden "omdat ze het te druk hebben, dan gaan ze echt niet om elk pakketje de telefoon aannemen" werd mij net verteld. BELACHELIJK!!
Normally super happy with them. So incredibly friendly and very helpful.
But when it comes to postnl, hardly any information is given. I don't get put through "because they're too busy they really don't care about every package answering the phone" I was just told. RIDICULOUS!!
