Lekker snel nog even wat gekocht tegen sluitingstijd. Er was nog volop keuze in brood en kant en klare maaltijden.

Hello, the station has very good location and opening time. It is the longest open station with shop in regio. Unfortunately last weeks I notice new employee there. The employee (dark haired woman) is closing station at least 20min before time! I am working evening shifts all the time, everyday after work I drive there buy cola, cigarettes and sometimes tank gasoline. Every time when that woman work evening I mee t the station closed many minutes before time! But she is inside doing something and don't react on knocking to doors(not only mine) I saw many ppl frustrated there willing to tank gasoline or do small shopping, but they and me cannot because what? Because that employee want finish 10min earlier???? I could understand everything; one, two times she is in hurry or smtg idk... but her attitude and the way she act- ignoring ppl, showing to me and other ppl with gestures behind glass that she won't open with that sarcastic winning smile on her face! Yes u won life and u are the best princess ever because u can close the door! Wonder how ur Boss and authority of BP company gonna say about it. It is violation of primary customer rights there ! Another thing is when I show her on my mobile BP website with opening time of her workplace she says it old info and she decide when she close station. The same she react when I show her Google maps opening times! There is always security as well at time when she closing (around 23:40) tankstation! The vest is that this guy's from security say to me and other ppl is closed!!!I dont have strength and patient for it , that is why I wrote this! Also on the front door is no information about opening times! It is not allowed in European union if I remember good? So from now on I can also finish my work 20min before time? My boss would fire me in 5sec without any discussion. When other employees of that tankstation having avonddienst never had problems to make shopping there or put gasoline into my car. One time I was late after work I came to station 0:03 and the boy who is working there with pleasure open shop and let me buy my things! I am very annoyed with this situation and seems nobody wish react on this onzin and disrespect customers by that woman. Hopefully something gonna change there otherwise ibwill go further with this issue! Just imagine u are hungry like never before and you can not buy food only because some lazy/ ignorant person rising up own ego beeing lord of tankstation and annoying people for sport I guess. I am customer of BP in whole Europe longer than this woman walk on this earth!
