Om te tanken bp keern.
Om 21.57 u wordt het licht uitgedaan
Terwijl het vulpistool al in de tankopening zit.
En zie tot mijn verbazing dat opeens gesloten
Is.
Dit vindt ik erg onbeleefd.
 I'll be arriving on Saturday 31 July at 9.55 pm
To refuel bp turn.
The lights will be turned off at 9.57 pm
While the fuel nozzle is already in the tank opening.
And see to my surprise that suddenly closed
Is.
I find this very rude.

Friendly staff, I am always helped quickly and well. It is a pity that there is no Addblue available here.

The lady behind the counter thought it was more important to type her text than to help me as the only customer at the time. Not the service nor the friendliness I've come to expect from other BPs. Unfortunately.
