De oudere personeelslid was een zeer arrogante, onmenselijke en een asociale figuur die boos werd en begon te suggereren dat ik helemaal geen geld heb en onrespectvol tegen mij tekeer te ging , terwijl ik netjes bleef en hem mijn rijbewijs aanbood als onderpand en dat ik binnen 10 minuten terug kwam. En dat hij klanten niet moet beoordelen of onderschatten. Maar tot mijn verbazing en die van klanten bleef hij maar doorgaan met mij te kleineren en te beledigen waar anderen klanten bij waren, waardoor een van de klant len aanbood om het bedrag te betalen van rond de 10 euro. (Intussen al terugbetaald) Ik wil enkel kwijt dat die persoon erg onvriendelijk was en mij niet als klant heeft behandeld en dat vonden de andere klanten ook. Dit soort gasten moeten ontslagen worden of een cursus klantvriendelijkheid gaan volgen. Wat een afschuwelijk medewerker. Yesterday night around 23:30, and it turned out to have forgotten my wallet. The older staff member was a very arrogant, inhuman and an anti-social figure who got angry and started to suggest that I have no money at all and went on disrespectfully at me, while staying tidy and offering him my driver's license as collateral and that I would be within 10 minutes back. And that he should not judge or underestimate customers. But to my surprise and that of customers he continued to belittle and insult me in front of other customers, leading one of the customer to offer to pay the amount of around 10 euros. (Already repaid in the meantime) I just want to say that that person was very unfriendly and did not treat me as a customer and so did the other customers. These types of guests must be fired or take a customer service course. What a horrible employee.
