 I bought a summer fly blanket for my horse, the blanket was full of snags and there were literally missing attachments for the neck snaps, result I had to run to my dealer to change the blanket, disappointed of this brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miserabler Kundenservice! Ich habe eine Reithose gekauft, die meinen Sattel nach einem Mal reiten deutlich beschädigt hat. Der Händler hat das an BR gemeldet. Die Antwort war, dass dies auch durch eine Jacke geschehen sein könnte und die Reklamation daher nicht angenommen werde.. Was für ein Blödsinn, als würde ich mit 35 Jahren Reiterfahrung nicht merken, wenn ich auf meiner Jacke sitze. Unglaublich schlechter Kundenservice und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Miserable customer service! I bought riding breeches that significantly damaged my saddle after riding it once. The dealer reported this to BR. The answer was that this could also have happened through a jacket and therefore the complaint will not be accepted .. What nonsense, as if, with 35 years of riding experience, I would not notice when I am sitting on my jacket. Incredibly poor customer service and absolutely not recommended.
