Met Thijs in het begin intensief telefonisch contact gehad en uiteindelijk een goed plan van aanpak kunnen maken. Willem heeft de vloer strak geëgaliseerd. Altijd keurig op tijd. Duidelijke afspraken. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en blij met onze nieuwe pvc vloer! Brabant Floor Heating has realized underfloor heating and laid a PVC floor. I had intensive telephone contact with Thijs in the beginning and in the end I was able to make a good plan of action. Willem has leveled the floor tightly. Always right on time. Clear agreements. De klus (het sleuven door natuursteen) is heel netjes afgewerkt. Willem heeft de klus alleen geklaard en was er beide ochtenden op de afgesproken tijd (07:30). Willem en thijs zijn aardige mannen.! Thijs was netjes, reageerde snel op de vele vragen die we hadden en rekenden een reële prijs in hun offerte. We gingen dan ook snel overstag. Ze gingen vloerverwarming aanleggen in ons nieuwe huis. Toen we met de oude vloer een probleem hadden, dachten ze enorm mee over een oplossing. Het probleem was dusdanig groot dat we de vloer niet klaar hadden op de dag dat ze de vloerverwarming zouden installeren. Thijs heeft onmiddellijk een andere datum geregeld en heeft bovendien aangeboden om ons te helpen met het probleem. Hierdoor hebben ze naast een keurig werkende vloerverwarming ook nog erna de vloer geëgaliseerd. Kortom, topservice voor een topprijs! Vanaf begin snelle reactie, afspraak op locatie om alles door te spreken en uitbrengen offerte. We konden hem altijd bellen bij vragen, aangezien wij onze verbouwing in eigen beheer uitgevoerd hebben was dat heel fijn en zelfs op zaterdag heeft hij ons te woord gestaan. Door de competitieve prijs en goede reviews gekozen om met ze in zee te gaan. Thijs is een keer langs gekomen om een kijkje te werpen naar de vloer en zag toen dat er nog een linoleum ondervloer aanwezig was. Hierop gevraagd of we de datum van installatie iets naar achteren konden schuiven zodat we genoeg tijd zouden hebben om dit eruit te halen. Dit was geen probleem. Op de dag van installatie was Willem er om 07.30 en begon gelijk met infrezen terwijl wij boven verder gingen met klussen. Voor half elf was hij al klaar en voor zover ik kan zien is alles naar wens verlopen. Zodra de verdeler is aangesloten (de loodgieter moet nog leidingen verleggen) kunnen we genieten van onze vloerverwarming. Thijs came by once to take a look at the floor and saw that there was still a linoleum subfloor present. Asked if we could move the installation date back a bit so that we would have enough time to get this out. This was no problem. On the day of installation Willem was there at 07:30 and immediately started milling in while we continued upstairs with the jobs. He was ready before half past ten and as far as I can see everything went according to plan. As soon as the distributor is connected (the plumber still has to move pipes) we can enjoy our underfloor heating.

On the first floor the channels were routed into the floor. Communication with Brabant vloerverwarming was quick and easy. On the day they arrived on time, worked cleanly and also cleaned up their mess. Two days after Thijs arranged for the cement floor to be poored as well.
