★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed geholpen. fijn personeel en vriendelijk. Ze denken met je mee en geven hun eerlijke mening. Mijn ervaringen met andere winkels is dat ze je liever een duur product verkopen IPV wat je echt nodig hebt hier dus niet. Top service klant gericht,Behandeld als een koning.
Helped well. lovely staff and friendly. They think along with you and give their honest opinion. My experience with other stores is that they would rather sell you an expensive product IPV that you really need here, so not. Top service customer oriented, Treated like a king.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte klantenservice. Heb ze al meerdere berichten gestuurd via messenger met wat vragen. Je krijgt meteen een reactie die alsvolgt is: "Bedankt voor je bericht. We proberen dit zo snel mogelijk te beantwoorden". Echter zijn we nu al 7 dagen verder nog steeds geen reactie!! Verwijder dan facebook als je er toch niks mee doet.
Bad customer service. Have already sent them several messages via messenger with some questions. You will immediately receive a response that reads: "Thank you for your message. We will try to answer this as soon as possible". However, we are now 7 days later still no response!! Then delete facebook if you don't do anything with it.
