β β β β β Very bad experience, officially open until 20:00 on a Tuesday, when I arrived in the store at 1915, the woman refused me to cut my hair, because she wanted to close the shop. Very bad service.

β β β β β The worst experience ever! I would like to give zero stars to this hair salon. She said to me from the beginning that the cost will be for 37 euros and her question was can you pay? Sorry but if someone comes to your hair salon sweetheart means that he can pay! Plus I asked for volume for my hair and the result was really disappointing!

β β β β β Open until six on Saturdays, arrived quarter to five, two persons waiting but apparently no possibility to get served.
Previous occasions learned staff is not customer friendly at all. It starts with recruiting the right staff.
Looking at how clean the shop is it appears that customer experience just is not top of mind, to say the least.

β β β β β Hairdresser was very rude. Interrupted me and started cutting while I was still explaining what I wanted, saying watch out for your hand. Gave me the feeling they where in a hurry and the slidest comment on what I would like with my hair annoyed them. Not friendly, or professional. Plus a very bad haircut. Never going back!
