Voor alleen 10 minuutjes knippen moest ik 20,95 afrekenen. Voel me belazerd.
Always satisfied, until last week, online appointment great! Cut moderate, price poor, wash cut drying is 19.95
For just 10 minutes of cutting I had to pay 20.95. Feel cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ging met een foto naar brainwash (ik heb de foto bijgevoegd), waar ik vaker kwam. Ik ging naar buiten met een kapsel wat echt voor schud stond. Ik had een foto van een ballayage, met mijn eigen kleur kon dit niet dus gingen we over op high- en lowlights.
Prima plan, ik snap dat niet alles zomaar kan op verf gebied. €80 euro verder ging ik de deur uit. Eenmaal thuis met mijn haar in een staart leek ik wel een zebra. De “donkerblonde” highlights leken zwart. Het blond was heel licht. Ik heb drie dagen later een afspraak bij een andere kapper gemaakt. Voor mij nooit meer.
P.s. Ik heb contact gehad met het hoofdkantoor maar nooit reactie ontvangen.
Went with a picture to brainwash (I attached the picture), which I used to visit more often. I went out with a haircut that really shook. I had a photo of a ballayage, this was not possible with my own color so we switched to high- and lowlights.
Great plan, I understand that not everything is possible just like that in the field of paint. € 80 euros further, I left home. When I got home with my hair in a ponytail, I looked like a zebra. The "dark blonde" highlights appeared black. The blonde was very light. Three days later I made an appointment with another hairdresser. Never again for me.
P.s. I have been in contact with HQ but never received a response.
