Ze hebben er graag meer klanten met baarden zei ze en ik moet zeggen dat het ook keurig gedaan is. Ze vragen er wel een meerprijs voor ten opzichte van alleen knippen. Ik moest 27,50 afrekenen in plaats van de standaard 19,50. Dus 8 euro voor de nette baard is lang niet gek. I asked if they were also sailing and the hairdresser could hardly get her luck. They would like to have more bearded customers there, she said, and I must say that it was also done properly. They do ask for an additional price compared to just cutting. I had to pay 27.50 instead of the standard 19.50. So 8 euros for the neat beard is by no means crazy.
M	Malou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vreselijke kapper. De prijzen stijgen elke maand. Na de laatste keer ga ik nooit meer; ik kwam om 16.25 binnen, ze sluiten om 17. Er waren 2 kapsters aanwezig en 1 klant, verder geen wachtende. Ze staarden me bij binnenkomst al aan alsof ze er geen zin in hadden. 'We nemen geen nieuwe klanten aan na 16.30' klonkt het, nou het was ook nog niet na 16.30 maar 5 minuten voor tijd. Toen ik dat aangaf werd er gezucht. Toen hoefde het voor mij niet meer. Als je kapsters om 17.01 willen buiten staan dan moet je maar sluiten om 16.30. Mail gestuurd naar de zaak maar ik kreeg geen reactie, toen ik nogmaals mailde kreeg ik een bitse reactie terug dat ze me hadden gebeld. Maar als ik anoniem word gebeld kan ik niet terugbellen óf zien wie mij heeft gebeld en als er geen voicemail wordt ingesproken kan ik ook niet weten dat er een reactie was geweest, dus ook dat bitse was onnodig. Concluderend: waardeloos. Awful hairdresser. Prices are increasing every month. After the last time I will never go again; I came in at 4.25 pm, they close at 5 pm. There were 2 hairdressers present and 1 customer, no further waiting. They stared at me as if they didn't feel like it. 'We do not take on new customers after 4.30 pm' it sounded, well it was also not after 4.30 pm, but 5 minutes before time. When I indicated that, there was a sigh. Then it was no longer necessary for me. If your hairdressers want to be outside at 17.01, you have to close at 16.30. Mail sent to the case but I got no response, when I emailed again I got a harsh response that they had called me. But if I receive an anonymous call, I cannot call back or see who called me and if no voicemail is left, I also cannot know that there had been a response, so that bit was unnecessary. In conclusion: worthless.

M	Maria Schuster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor zwei Monaten in Valkenswaard im brain wash. Ich wollte wieder platinblondes haar. Mein Haaransatz wurde gelb, anstatt es richtig zu blondieren haben sie es gelb gelassen und sind insgesamt 3 mal mit einer Tönung ins haar während ich erstmals im Waschbecken sitzen bleiben sollte. Richtig ausgewaschen wurde es nicht. Danach wurde mein Haar geföhnt,nicht einmal mit dem Kamm ist sie durchs Haar gegangen. Bezahlt hatte ich für blowout + styling. Die Chefin war nicht da, mein Haar war gelb grün und dazu noch total kaputt und 96 Euro war ich auch noch los. Nicht einmal eine Haarkur oder sonstiges habe ich für mein kaputtes Haar bekommen , geschweige den eine Entschuldigung für ihr unprofessionell handeln. Sie versuchte jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen, allerdings hat niemand abgehoben, am Ende meinte sie zu mir falls ich so unzufrieden wäre sollte ich nochmals vorbei kommen sie würden die Farbe korrigieren. I was in Valkenswaard for the brain wash two months ago. I wanted platinum blonde hair again. My hairline turned yellow, instead of bleaching it properly, they left it yellow and tinted my hair 3 times while I was supposed to stay in the sink for the first time. It wasn't washed out properly. After that, my hair was blow-dried, it didn't even go through the hair with a comb. I paid for blowout + styling. The boss was not there, my hair was yellow and green and totally broken and I was still going for 96 euros. I didn't even get a hair conditioner or anything else for my broken hair, let alone an excuse for being unprofessional. She tried to reach someone by phone, but no one answered, at the end she said to me if I was so dissatisfied I should come by again and they would correct the color.
