BrainWash - Menton Passage 4

Zeer en zeer slecht. Je kunt net zo goed zelf een schaar in jne haar zetten. Ben hier nu 3 keer geweest en drie keer zeer ontevreden. De laatste keer ging ik precies om 12.00 uur in de stoel zitten en om 12.09 stond ik weer buiten, gewassen en geknipt en ik heb. Lang haar. Ik was zo kwaad. Toen ik thuis kwam heb ik Het zelf maar weer geknipt toen zat Het nog beter ook. Het is nog geen euro waard. Het personeel is over het algemeen ook erg onprofessioneel en alles behalve klantvriendelijk. Hun producten duwen ze zo wat door je strot heen ondanks je 3 keer aan geeft niks nodig te hebben. Terug naar de opleiding!!!

Absoluut niet doen! Heb mijn dochtertje hier laten knippen en het ziet er niet uit! Totaal geen vakwerk. Daarnaast is het personeel ook niet bepaald vriendelijk. Glimlachen doen ze niet aan. Kom hier nooit meer terug.

Netjes geknipt door een zeer vriendelijke kapster. Prijs/kwaliteit is in verhouding een ik zal hier zeker nog terugkomen. Goede eerste indruk.

Ik typ dit even via mijn vrouw Er was een jonge meid aardig en professioneel echt top! Helaas deed zij dit keer niet mijn haren. Ik kom niet vaak bij de kapper hoogstens 1x in het jaar. Ben geknipt door een andere meid met een bepaalde accent en ik vind het niet aangenaam om te ruiken dat zij een blowster is ik ben een anti roker en een behandeling bij de kapper moet aangenaam zijn dit was het helaas niet

Super ervaring. Hele lieve en begripvolle dames die mij van goed advies hebben voorzien na veel haarverlies door medicatie. Helaas voor hun heeft het vorige team dat hier zat de reviews doen kelderen. Het team wat er nu zit is professioneel, vriendelijk, fris en verdienen echt meer goede reviews! Bedankt meiden, ik kom zeker terug!

Schalkwijk, friendly and quick

although i had read a couple of bad reviews here and because i had an excellent 2 month experience with brain wash in wateringen for the last two years, i decided to ignore the reviews and give the haarlem brain wash a chance. as i arrived, i saw a banner at the door with the prices: the same i have always paid at brain wash wateringen : 25€ for the outgroing hair color. as i know the shade of keune hair color i have to use, i explained the professional what i wanted - usually they can find all that information in their system.when i asked them to check the system to see my color, they said they could not find me ( the same thing they told the customer before me). for my surprise, the professional said she needed the opinon of her boss for my color. when the "boss" arrived, she told me she needed to use another shade. as i understand a little dutch, i heard she wanted to use a very dark color and i said it wouldn't work for me. the woman had the nerve to say that she would use the color she wanted and that she could not tell me which color it was because i could go and tell another hairdresser abt the color she chose. i have never heard anything like that before, but still i agreed not to get into an argument. for my surprise, the professional told me the color would cost me 40€ instead of the 25€ they had on the price list. i left. on top of this lack of honesty , the place is filthy: dirty walls, stained working stations , not to mention the rest. creepy, sad, dishonest place. trust the bad reviews here and don't waste your money ( nor ruin your hair).

24th dec we were at the shopping center. I know the hairdresser aren't good here . But I wanted my husband and son 9 years old have a haircut. Well they charged 20€ for my son the same price as one adult. Beside of this terrible haircut they got.
