Na een incident mijn schade volledig vergoed...geen gezeur maar uit hun hart waar gemeend. Voor mij is dit een unieke ervaring..waar onverschilligheid vaak troef is laten deze mensen zien hoe je met klanten omgaat. Dank jullie wel...Johanny in het bijzonder a warm shower, a hug and a big thank you for this company. they do not leave the customer in the cold ... on the contrary, so much help and effort for the customer is exceptional. After an incident I fully compensated my damage ... no nagging but from their heart where it is true. For me this is a unique experience .. where indifference is often the trump card, these people show you how to deal with customers. Thank you ... Johanny in particular

Na indienen van de klacht, kreeg ik meteen bericht van de klantenservice van Brands. Daarop werd de order opnieuw rechtstreeks vanuit het eigen magazijn verstuurd. De volgende dag in huis. Top service. Zo hoort het...en niet anders! Fantastic service from Brands Nederland BV. Goods ordered via Bol.com were lost and therefore not received. After submitting the complaint, I immediately received a message from Brands' customer service. The order was then again sent directly from our own warehouse. Next day delivery. Top service. That's how it should be ... and no different!

En vandaag al weer een nieuwe. Dank voor de snelle reactie en de goede service This company won't leave you in the dark Yesterday my lamp didn't go on anymore. in the evening another contact form sent to Brands Support & Customer Service. And a new one today. Thanks for the quick response and the good service

Ik raad anderen brands group zeker aan! Really great service! Ordered rechargeable batteries that did not work on arrival, made a phone call and got new batteries sent! Thank you! I definitely recommend brands group to others!
