Na de sleutelsoversracht ben ik 2 weken op vakantie geweest, daarna heb ik de woning beter gecheckt. 1 brander deed het niet, dit was niet vermeld. Volgens onze aankoopmakelaar moest de verkoopmakelaar dit netjes oppakken en oplossen, gezien een klein ding is. Onze aankoopmakelaar heeft Marnix xxx keer geprobeerd te bellen, zonder succes. Hij nam niet op en ook terug bellen was niet zijn ding. Verkoper zei dat er bekend was dat dit soms niet werkt. Toch niet opgelost.. Onze ervaring is helaas dus negatief, ze zijn niet profesioneel en niet vertrouwbaar. I bought a house in Ijmuiden that was for sale through this broker (Marnix Bartelink = sales broker). After the key transfer I went on vacation for 2 weeks, then I checked the house more closely. 1 burner did not work, this was not stated. According to our purchase broker, the sales broker had to pick this up neatly and solve it, since it is a small thing. Our purchasing agent has tried to call Marnix xxx times, without success. He didn't answer and calling back was not his thing. Seller said it was known that this sometimes doesn't work. Still not resolved.. Our experience is unfortunately negative, they are not professional and not reliable.

Ook de dame op kantoor maxime is zeer bekwaam. Altijd bereikbaar voor al je vragen. Wij raden brandjes makelaar aan. We think this is a good broker. Marnix sold our house well and quickly. This broker is knowledgeable. Also the lady in the office maxime is very competent. Always available for all your questions. We recommend fire broker.

Ik kan werkelijk iedereen aanraden hun huis via Brantjes te verkopen. Ze zijn altijd bereikbaar, ook op zaterdag en houden je elke dag op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen. Alles is snel gegaan en was goed in te plannen met mijn fulltime baan. De fotograaf was ook een professional en dat merk je echt aan de kwaliteit van de foto's en het filmpje. Zonder Brandjes Makelaars was dit zeker niet gelukt. ALs we ooit weer een huis aankopen zullen we zeker weer met Brantjes in zee gaan. Good professional real estate agent. Marnix has helped us tremendously. Bought a house and bought a new house within a month. This would certainly not have been possible without Brandjes Makelaars.
