★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here for an evening meal whilst staying in Rolde on our annual trip to BSB at TT circuit Assen. We asked for a staff member to help us explain and help with the menu, and we were very happy with the help we got.
A good restaurant to enjoy an evening meal.

It wasnt "shrimp croquettes", it was salad with 3 small shrimp croquettes.
It wasnt salmon, it was salad with a few pieces of salmon.
No comment on main courses, other than that they did not compensate for the first course in amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brasserie de drie Heeren serves a pretty good dinner for a reasonable price. Also they do have quite pleasant outdoor seating that catches the evening sun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are quite a few restaurants in the centre of Rolde. This one caught our eyes. There is a huge terrace to enjoy if the weather allows. Enough place to park your car. The food was good: especially the fresh cooked side vegetables (not a big amount but very nice) and the tiramisu. The waiters were friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came during the off-peak hour, got a table immediately and service was fast and pleasant. There isn’t an English menu, but the waiter was kind enough to walk me through the menu. Had the pork sate - it was meh, but the portion was sizable and came with lumpia, fries, and salad.
The restaurant filled up quite quickly by 6pm. It’s rather big and there’s a small play kitchen for kids.
