J	Johan Vink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vrijdagavond een hapje gaan eten bij Het Vrolijke Schaap. Het was ons eerste bezoek en we hebben genoten van de maaltijden en de gastvrijheid. Voor de reservering zijn we uitgegaan van de positieve recensies en het bleek een uitstekende keuze. We hebben een gezellige avond gehad waar we op gemoedelijke wijze zijn bediend met uitstekend eten. Bedankt wij zijn in ieder geval vrolijk geworden. Jullie zijn de goede recensies en die 5 sterren zeker waard. Went for a bite to eat at Het Vrolijke Schaap on Friday evening. It was our first visit and we enjoyed the meals and the hospitality. For the reservation we assumed the positive reviews and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We had a pleasant evening where we were served in a friendly manner with excellent food. Thanks anyway, we are happy. You guys are well worth the good reviews and the 5 stars.

A varied menu with some regular dishes but also creativity and fusion cooking. The presentation of the food is a bit Nouvelle Cuisine-ish but the portions are adequate and I'll say it again, the kitchen certainly capable. The interior is classic cozy, without much room for small kids. They have a decent selection of beers and are quite knowledgeable on the subject. Not too expensive, either. One remark: please, PLEASE, don't serve my steak pre-cut. When will people finally learn that this is a crime against humanity? #goodfood #brasserie #beer #nouvellecuisine
