Nice food, we enjoyed our dinner.

Last year on my birthday (August 7th, 2018) I went here. The waiter was rude and unfriendly. Fine, no big deal. I get it. We all have bad days. This year, on my birthday (today, which is August 7th, 2019), my fiance and I went in and sat down. We waited for a while - I don't know how long exactly, but longer than normal - so I respectfully got up to tell one of the waiters we were there. The waiter I spoke to said she saw us and would be over in a bit. Another waiter then came up to me - a middle-aged woman with short hair - and said very rudely and unkindly, "You're behind the bar area!" First of all, it was very unclear that it was a bar area, and no one was being served. Second of all, I did understand what she was saying. My problem is that she was very rude, mean, and disrespectful. This is NOT how you treat your customers. She didn't think I understood what she was saying (this is not true; I understood what she was saying, but didn't like the way she was treating me). She then blamed the situation on me and made it seem like I was the one with the problem. This is the worst and most unfriendly place I've ever eaten at in my whole life. I gave them a second chance and should not have done that. Do NOT go here - this is one of the worst places to go in the world. Avoid going here at all costs. By the way - my fiance just told me she went there a separate time with another friend and the waiter was also rude to them. Please do NOT go here. Anywhere but here. Wonderful location and good food. However personnel is rude and careless. Restaurant is popular just because its the only location in Nesselande that is always open.

Great view over the lake and busy boulevard. The chefs always make you a nice dish, served by the friendly staff

I went here on a bad day. The food was great, a bit on the expensive side, but big portions. The reason I say bad day, is because it was very windy outside. I'd say that is something this restaurant could improve on. They can't control the weather, but by installing bigger screens surrounding the eating area, they can minimalize the hindrance of the wind! Overall good experience.

First time in Nesseland and stopped for a bite. They have a nice menu with delicious burgers and beer on tap. Inside and outside seating. Nice view to the water. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Recommended for any warm and sunny day.

Good service and a very nice atmosphere, and nice drinks as my latte machiatto, of course!
