★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I went for dinner here on may 8th. It's a lovely place, cosy and warm. Ignore the 5 tables that had dirty glasses on, too lazy to clear the tables maybe. Unfortunately we were the only ones there. The food was ok. Chips served in a paper cone, more for the seafront I think, not a restaurant. The staff were eager to leave, football was on that night. We were given our dinner then the staff got changed and went and sat outside with drinks, while we dined alone...bad move! Our plates were cleared, no pudding was offered, so we paid and left. As we walked out, the staff were up and out with us. Obviously waiting for us to leave.
No nibbles with the apperertif, no ice or lemon in my drink.
Wont see us again there.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in the old trainway station of Hulst. A bit difficult to find the entrance. Inside you'll find a nicely decorated place. High ceilings and curtains keeps the sound low. The food was delicious. The 'wild' main course together with a good glass of 'Merlot' wine was delicious. As dessert I can recommend the 'Apfelstrudel' dessert which was also delicious. It was the first time here but we are definitely going back.
