★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lekker! My first authentic Surinamese dining experience and I was not disappointed. Excellent flavors and portions for the price. I ordered the nasi rice with (chicken) saté (bottom dish in photo). The top dish pictures was white rice with salt fish (bacalhau) — also excellent.
Reshma, the owner, chef, waitress, interior-designer and all-around wonder woman extraordinaire was a great host.
I would come back again, esp. if ever in need of a cozy group venue.

Restaurant owners Rishma and Dennis are very friendly and offered us tasting of pom although we ordered another dish (just because we were curious about that). Highly recommend visiting this place if you are looking for good Surinamese food and great hospitality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! I went to the restaurant and had an excellent time with the owner who is a lovely person and together with his partner run the place with excellency! I could try some delicious food from Suriname, as well as could learn about the country and have an incredible experience. It is definitively a must-go in Rotterdam!
