β β β β β Mees begeleidt je super fijn en liefdevol. Het verbaasd mij elke keer weer hoe anders een ademsessie kan zijn van de vorige. Heel knap hoe Mees daar elke keer op inspeelt en krachtige dingen naar boven weet te brengen. De thuisoefeningen geven dan ook een fijne verdieping. Echt een aanrader wanneer je eens dieper bij jezelf naar binnen wilt kijken!
 Mees guides you very nicely and lovingly. It amazes me every time how different a breathing session can be from the previous one. Very clever how Mees responds to that every time and knows how to bring out powerful things. The home exercises give a nice deepening. Highly recommended if you want to take a deeper look inside yourself!

β β β β β Heb in totaal 6 ademsessies bij Mees gedaan. Haar rust en zachtheid zorgde voor een veilige omgeving, waardoor ik me comfortabel genoeg voelde om me aan de ademhaling over te geven. Dit heeft iedere sessie weer iets anders los gemaakt. Van kleine tot grotere dilemmaβs. Zou het aan iedereen aanraden!
Tegelijkertijd deed ik een EMDR traject bij iemand anders. Die combinatie werkte goed en versterkte elkaar volgens mij zelfs.
Did a total of 6 breathing sessions with Mees. Her calm and gentleness provided a safe environment, making me feel comfortable enough to surrender to the breath. This has released something different every session. From small to bigger dilemmas. Would recommend to anyone!
At the same time I did an EMDR course with someone else. That combination worked well and I think even reinforced each other.

β β β β β The breathing sessions with Mees have been really nice and are teaching me a lot in the way Iβm conscious about my breath and the emotions I have pent up inside. After a session my head is completely clear and stays that way for a while, which is awesome.

β β β β β Last week I booked a private session with Mees. She made me feel very comfortable and helped me to set my intention for the session (which was quite hard for me to do). During the session I felt guided and supported through the breathing and I reached a meditative state in which thoughts were only passing by. After the session Mees helped me ground and gave me tips on how I could get more grounded throughout the day and on what other sessions could do for me. I am very interested in doing a group session next time to feel the combined energy. Overall it was a great first experience with transformative breath and I felt really comfortable and free because of Mees. Would definitely recommend booking a session with her. Itβs truly a gift to yourself!
