Engine was broken brel called first by phone to try to help did not work but had to send it to brel within 1 day another engine. SUPER SERVICE Great ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De motor in onze duette functioneerde niet goed. Na 1 jaar aan het lijntje te zijn gehouden door de leverancier hebben wij rechtstreeks contact gezocht met Brel. Na 1 telefoontje kregen wij de volgende dag een nieuwe motor toegezonden en telefonisch hebben zij geholpen om de motor te installeren. Dit noemen wij nu een super service! Nogmaals hartelijk dank hiervoor.
The engine in our duette was not functioning properly. After 1 year of being held on the line by the supplier, we contacted Brel directly. After 1 phone call we received a new engine the next day and they helped to install the engine by phone. We now call this a super service! Thank you again for this.

Nou hij ging open en dicht maar ik wilde hem via de Brel Home app op tijdschema hebben. Nou Michelle van Brel top dat jij dat op afstand voor mij geregeld en ingesteld hebt. TOP.
Have had three beautiful roller blinds made, 1 with motor 2.80 mtr.width.
Well it opened and closed but I wanted it to be on schedule via the Brel Home app. Well Michelle van Brel great that you arranged and set that up for me remotely. TOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na aanschaf van nieuwe shutters werkte de bediening niet goed. Kontakt gehad met Michelle en zij heeft het probleem eerst na telefonisch kontakt en later bij ons thuis perfect opgelost ! Hulde voor de meer dan uitstekende service van Brel Nederland !
After purchasing new shutters, the controls did not work properly. Had contact with Michelle and she solved the problem perfectly after telephone contact and later at home! Kudos to Brel Nederland for the more than excellent service!
