Als klant van haar kan ik me helemaal niet vinden in de eerste review. Vicky ontzorgt op meerdere vlakken die met de verkoop van je woning te maken hebben. Kortom, haar deskundigheid staat als een huis. Vicky knows her business. She is friendly, knowledgeable and her advice is very enlightening, in which the wishes of the customer come first. As a customer of hers, I can't agree with the first review at all. Vicky takes care of several aspects related to the sale of your home. In short, her expertise is rock solid.

Waar het de meeste makelaars vooral gaat om een woning snel te verkopen, gaat haar dienstverlening verder: zij verdiept zich in de woning, zowel in de sfeer en het gevoel van de woning, als de bouwtechnische staat, de historie en de mogelijkheden. Zo contacteerde ze zelfs de gemeente om te achterhalen of er mogelijkheden zouden zijn voor een b&b in ons pand. Ook werkt ze samen met een professioneel fotograaf, die tevens een mooie 3D presentatie van onze woning maakte. Vicky is professioneel, kundig, benaderbaar, flexibel, heeft een enorm netwerk en het allerbelangrijkste (vind ik): ze is authentiek (dus geen praatjesmaker). Niet alleen fijn voor ons als verkopers maar ook voor geinteresseerden. Zij zorgt echt voor de juiste match. En als je nou denkt: dat zal wel duur zijn...dat valt reuze mee want de andere makelaar (met o.a. vestigingen in Maastricht en Herten) was en stuk duurder. She also works together with a professional photographer, who also made a beautiful 3D presentation of our house. Vicky is professional, knowledgeable, approachable, flexible, has an enormous network and most importantly (I think): she is authentic (so no talker). Not only great for us as sellers, but also for interested parties. She really ensures the right match.
