M	Mien Depous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Briljant Optiek bleef volhouden dat het zogenaamde blauwe licht van beeldschermen uiterst schadelijk is voor de ogen. Er was al geen enkel wetenschappelijk bewijs hiervoor en de laatste onderzoeken laten zien dat dit absoluut niet zo is. Desondanks blijven ze proberen een zogenaamd blauw filter te verkopen. Doe dit niet, totale onzin. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Zeg wat je doet en doe wat je zegt. Dit gaat helaas niet op voor Briljant Optiek in Gennep. Exact beschreven waar ik mijn bril voor nodig zou hebben en wat ik er mee zou moeten kunnen. Het advies was een zogenaamde computerbril, waarbij de prijs af zou hangen van het montuur. De prijs voor de glazen stond vast. Voor het montuur waren er 3 verschillende categorieën. Na de oogmeting en het maken van mijn montuurkeuze kwamen er nog wat extra opties aan bod. Één daarvan is een zogenaamd blauw filter, ter bescherming van de ogen. Huh? Ik mag toch aannemen dat dit op de door mij gekozen en geadviseerde bril zit, aangezien ik mijn situatie uitvoerig beschreven heb en de hele dag achter een computerscherm zit. Niet dus, of ik daar even extra voor wil betalen. Dat hebben we zo niet afgesproken, ik heb daarop de winkel ook verlaten zonder tot aankoop over te gaan. Briljant Optiek Gennep, zeg wat je doet en doe wat je zegt! Update: Briljant Optiek insisted that the so-called blue light of displays is extremely harmful to the eyes. There was already no scientific evidence for this and the latest studies show that this is absolutely not the case. Nevertheless, they keep trying to sell a so-called blue filter. Don't do this, total nonsense. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- --------------- Say what you do and do what you say. Unfortunately this does not apply to Briljant Optiek in Gennep. Described exactly what I would need my glasses for and what I should be able to do with them. The advice was so-called computer glasses, where the price would depend on the frame. The price for the glasses was fixed. There were 3 different categories for the frame. After the eye test and making my frame selection, some extra options were discussed. One of these is a so-called blue filter to protect the eyes. Huh? I can still assume that this is on the glasses that I have chosen and advised, since I have described my situation in detail and sit behind a computer screen all day. Not so, if I just want to pay extra for that. We did not agree that, I left the store without making a purchase. Briljant Optiek Gennep, say what you do and do what you say!
J	Jack Braks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede service. Onze zoon is er de afgelopen jaren wel bijna iedere week geweest om zijn bril recht te laten zetten (hij is ietwat onstuimig). Iedere keer werd ie snel, goed en vriendelijk geholpen. Omdat hij lange wimpers heeft kwam het nogal nauw. Good service. Our son has been there almost every week for the past few years to have his glasses straightened (he is a bit boisterous). Every time he was helped quickly, well and friendly. Because he has long eyelashes it was pretty tight.

Bij tussen controle een andere bril gekozen !!? Dat was fout,en begonnen de slapeloze nachten, en sneller als afgesproken was de bril klaar . Ze hebben mij snel doorzien ,toen ik vertelde van mijn ( verkeerde ) keuze. Geen probleem, dan ruilen we om ,daarmee viel een steen van m.n maag Wat een SUPER zaak én personeel Dus binnenkort helemaal blij met mijn nieuwe bril !! Dank jullie wel !! In one word AMAZING!! After years of making do with reading glasses, the switch to a "real" Super helpful both with measuring the eyes and the choice of glasses. In between check another pair of glasses chosen!!? That was wrong, and the sleepless nights started, and faster than agreed the glasses were ready. They quickly saw through me when I told them about my (wrong) choice. No problem, then we exchange, with that a stone fell off my stomach What a SUPER business and staff So soon I will be very happy with my new glasses!! Thank you !!
