★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abnehmbare Anhängerkupplung wurde auf Garantie von A.T.U. eingeschickt, ganzer Vorgang dauert nun schon 4 Wochen. "Schön", dass wir in dieser Zeit unseren Fahrrad-Heckträger nicht nutzen können.
Beim nächsten Mal werde ich die originale Kupplung vom Fahrzeughersteller wählen, auch wenn sie 30% mehr kostet.
Detachable towbar was designed by A.T.U. sent in, whole process now takes 4 weeks. "Nice", that we can not use our bicycle rear carrier at this time.
Next time I will choose the original clutch from the vehicle manufacturer, even if it costs 30% more.

The company simply cannot be reached by telephone and e-mail. No telephone number and e-mail address on the website and the number via telephone directory is no longer in use.
