β β β β β Vandaag retour gegaan met de sandalen die ik 2 maanden geleden voor mijn zoon gekocht had in een ander filiaal. Echter pas 2 weken gedragen en de zool had al losgelaten. Helaas had ik de bon niet meer. Ondanks dit werd het nagekeken en bij het desbetreffende filiaal nagevraagd. uiteindelijk hadden ze zelf mijn bon achterhaald en kreeg ik een nieuw paar sandalen mee naar huis. En dit alles met een grote glimlach en een vriendelijk woord! Super!
