Ik heb eenmalig contact gehad met een dame van het kantoor uit Zwijndrecht genaamd Brigitte. Na een gesprek met deze dame had ik er het volste vertrouwen in dat het overmaken van de huur iedere 25e van de maand soepel zou verlopen. Helaas is dit niet het geval ! Er is geen enkele vorm van communicatie , telefonische , e-mail , app, mevrouw reageert nergens op. Aangezien dit ten nadele van de huurders komt en wij verdere sancties gaan ondernemen, kun je zien dat de betrokkenheid en het fatsoen ver te zoeken is. Kortom tijd om na een oproep met meerdere gedupeerde deze vestiging onder de loep te nemen. Geachte mevrouw Brigitte, Wat verassend dat u wel op een review reageert en niet op een e-mail bericht aan u in persoon gericht. Om terug te komen op uw feedback. Wij zijn juridisch onderbouwd, zijn op de hoogte van de rechten en plichten. Tevens ook van normen en waarden. Deze zijn bij u ver te zoeken. Nog maar een paar maanden. Hierna nog 6 maanden met hulp van Britt mijn eigen zaken weer beheren en dan kan ik uit het bewind. Al met al! Ja dan vraag je je af waar het geld blijft wat je iedere maand netjes moet afstaan aan de bewindvoerder. Ze zijn heel erg vaag met alles wat ze doen. Zodra zij merken dat jij door hebt dat er iets niet deugd zijn ze niet aanspreekbaar. Mensen bespaar je een heleboel ellende en ga niet met deze mensen in zee want je zinkt net zo erg als de Titanic. En nee, deze review blijft mooi staan, zo ook op andere sociaal media groepen. Een gewaarschuwd persoon telt voor twee. Brigitte En Chanika hebben me erg geholpen ook vond ik hun best moeilijk. me schulden worden nu betaald bij de Gemeente en ik hoef nog maar 2 jaar!!
