★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanmorgen auto gebracht,die man met grijze haar en bril heeft ons te woord gestaan er zou expert komen voor schadebepaling,afspraak gemaakt zoals altijd dat als ik de auto bij broekhuis laat maken hoefde ik niet expertise kosten te betalen,zo niet moest ik 100euro betalen ,vanmiddag geweest om auto op te halen,moest ik gelijk 100 euro betalen,ik zei het is nooit zo gegaan,ik laat de auto bij jullie maken,dan hoef ik toch niet te betalen!hij zei nee je moet nu betalen dan krijg je die geld terug ,en hij pakte gelijk de sleutel vast en zei anders krijg je auto niet mee,heel onprofessioneel en beledigend net of wij met zijn geld willen van door gaan,ik werd boos,ik naar auto geld gehaald bij terug komst had hij bericht gekregen van verzekering dat ze met expertise akkoord zijn gegaan en zijn bereid om 1600 euro te betalen,maar ja nu is te laat ik zei je hebt het verpest ik laat mijn auto nooit meer bij jullie repareren,nouw zolang jij daar werkt natuurlijk,want andere collegas en andere mevrouw die daar werkt heeft mij altijd netjes behandeld,ik zei jij hebt nu 1600 euro van je baas verpest en een vaste klant kwijt geraakt,jammer,dat is ook niet de eerste keer dat die man beledigend overkomt,echt jammer van zo een goede bedrijf
