De koop ging naar wens, vriendelijke mensen. Aflevering op poetsbeurt na zoals het hoort. Na contact hebben zij dit keurig netjes opnieuw gedaan bij Broekhuis in Zeist ( dichterbij huis ). Bedankt voor het goede contact o.a met Ruben in Assen en Edo in Zeist. Prima service !
On January 20, bought an xc60 r design at Broekhuis in Assen.
The purchase went well, friendly people. Delivery except for cleaning as it should be. After contact they did this neatly again at Broekhuis in Zeist (closer to home). Thank you for the good contact with, among others, Ruben in Assen and Edo in Zeist. Great service!

Ze doen er alles aan om zoveel mogelijk geld te verdienen.
Van het maken van verkeerde diagnoses, tot het zeggen dat ze kosteloos naar het probleem kijken, om vervolgens een factuur te mogen ontvangen.
Ik kwam bij Broekhuis n.a.v. een terugroepactie, waarbij ik nadrukkelijk heb gezegd dat ze NIET een software update moeten uitvoeren. Niet veel later gaf de auto storing aan en liep het olieverbruik omhoog. Broekhuis blijft volhouden dat het komt door een lekkende kleppendekselpakking. Terwijl deze voor de terugroepactie is vervangen door een ander autobedrijf, tezamen met de kleppendeksel! Bij de vraag of ze een software update hebben uitgevoerd, blijven ze volhouden dat ze dit niet gedaan hebben. Dit terwijl ik mijn auto bij een andere bedrijf heb laten uitlezen en blijkt dat ze wel een software update hebben uitgevoerd.
Broekhuis neemt totaal niet zijn verantwoordelijkheid en gaat zeer slecht om met beloftes en eerlijkheid.
Totally unhappy about Broekhuis Assen.
They do everything they can to make as much money as possible.
From making wrong diagnoses, to saying that they will look at the problem free of charge, and then receive an invoice.
I came to Broekhuis following a recall, where I explicitly stated that they should NOT perform a software update. Not much later the car malfunctioned and the oil consumption increased. Broekhuis maintains that it is due to a leaking valve cover gasket. While it has been replaced by another car company for the recall, along with the valve cover! When asked if they have performed a software update, they insist that they have not. This while I have my car read at another company and it appears that they have performed a software update.
Broekhuis does not take his responsibility at all and does not handle promises and honesty very badly.

Service oriented and customer friendly company. Had a water leak in the bottom. Complaint resolved under warranty. Included in the process from A to Z. Some other dealers can learn from this! Owner of xc60 from 2018.
