★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In een oud pand in Oud West heeft de firma Brommer dakramen en dakbedekking aangelegd / gemonteerd. Professioneel gedaan, met name de nazorg. Helemaal goed. Later daarom de firma om advies gevraagd over zwarte geveluitslag bij onze woning. Twee monteurs namen alle tijd voor dakonderzoek. Kosteloos. Chapeau is ons antwoord. Sterker nog: een van de monteurs ging zelfs helpen met het schoonmaken van onze zonnepanelen :-)
In an old building in Oud West, the company Brommer has installed / installed skylights and roofing. Professionally done, especially the aftercare. Entirely right. Later, therefore, the company asked for advice about black facade rash at our house. Two mechanics took all their time for roof investigations. Free. Cheers is our answer. In fact, one of the mechanics even helped clean our solar panels :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect any level of customer service from this company. Didn't care to respond for 3 days although the heating system purchased from them was broken. Use another company if you want to avoid freezing at home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am looking into bathroom furniture for our house that we are building. One of the brands we are looking at, Detremmerie, reverted me to their showrooms in The Netherlands where we can view their products. I called to book an appointment (COVID restrictions) but the showroom receptionist was surprisingly unwilling to help. The showroom is only for customers that are looking at buying through them. Our constructors are handling this, and while I understand, there is no immediate benefit for them, I don't understand why a showroom would decline customers to visit. Ultimately they represent the brands too, and this is very poor service in my opinion.
