About Brood2day
In onze lunchroom zijn we altijd opzoek naar leuke stagaires (BOL en BBL.)
Na onze verbouwing in mei 2017 zijn we een erkend leerbedrijf voor de opleidingen kok niveau 1 en 2 en gast heer/vrouw niveau 1 en 2.
Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- het ontvangen van gasten
- het opnemen en serveren van gerechten en dranken
- het uitvoeren van mise en place activiteiten
- bereiden van gerechten of gedeelten daarvan volgens recepten
- luxe belegde broodjes smeren
Profiel:
- je bent gastvrij en hebt een commerciele werkhouding
- oog voor detail
- een flexibele instelling
- geen bezwaar om te werken in het weekend
- je hebt een representatief voorkomen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for two coffees. Ordered. The person behind the til struggled with the til, soon three staff members where freaking out around the til and I was stood there for nearly ten minutes. When all three of them where trying to work out the til they could at least have started my coffee. They said ‘it’ll be a few more minutes’ after eight minutes so I told them i was in a rush and left. The place two doors down got me my two coffees in less than two minutes. Krok madam is better for morning coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice sandwiches and coffee. The interior of the place is very nice, modern but still cozy. The prices are okay, kind of the same as any other lunch place in the city. The ordering system is a bit confusing if your there for the first time, but the staff is very friendly. I would recommend!
