Het is al zo vaak fout gegaan, maar hier beschrijf ik even de situatie van afgelopen zondag: mijn oma (die rolstoelgebonden is en niet kan praten) is door 1 van jullie medewerkers meegenomen naar Dalen, terwijl dat 45 minuten rijden is van waar ze naartoe zou moeten worden gebracht. Erg leuk. Contact opgenomen, maar je komt er niet achter waar het fout gaat of wie het fout doet. Oma overstuur. Alles was akkoord, zodra we aankomen bij de bestemming werd er totaal 175€ gevraagd, omgerekend 43,75€ per persoon waar 25€ was afgesproken. Er wordt zelfs mee betaald dan 175€, en de chauffeur gaf geen eens wisselgeld terug. Vervolgens bij de terugrit wordt er alsnog 75€ gerekend, hoewel we de 175€ (En de niet teruggegeven wisselgeld à 10/15€) al hadden betaald. Taxi chauffeur belt netjes de centrale en niemand wist meer van onze rit. Na +/- 20 minuten ‘geloofden’ ze ons verhaal. Vervolgens wouden we een klacht indienen, en dat kon blijkbaar niet. Dus dan maar via hier. Beter zoeken naar een andere taxi die wel netjes met geld omgaan en afspraken nakomen. Taxi reserved for 7 people, called back later to change this to 4 people. Voorheen kwamen ze op de min nauwkeurig en werd er ongeveer 5 min van tevoren gebeld. Brookhuis belt niet je moet overal achteraan gaan en komt ruim te laat en bij ophalen dan staan ze al 20 min te vroeg daar en klagen al waar je blijft. Zeer teleurstellend allemaal. Since Regiotaxi Twente started working together with Brookhuis, things have gone completely wrong. Previously, they were accurate to the minute and they called about 5 minutes in advance. Brookhuis does not call you have to go after everything and come well too late and when you pick up they are already 20 minutes early and are already complaining where you are staying. All very disappointing.

Komen afspraken niet na, je moet er steeds achter aan en zijn rond uit onbeschoft. Mijn zoon maakt gebruik van het leerlingen vervoer en bijna elke week is er wel wat. Ze maken ook gewoon combinatie ritten terwijl mijn zoon toch echt op tijd moet aan komen, resultaat is dus dat hij een half uur te aan komt of de taxi komt gewoon niet opdagen. 1 ster is echt al te veel hoor! What a terrible company, they have never heard of customer friendliness. If agreements are not kept, you always have to chase it and are downright rude. My son uses the student transport and there is something almost every week. They also just make combination rides while my son really has to arrive on time, so the result is that he arrives half an hour or the taxi just doesn't show up. 1 star is really too much!
