★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer formele, klantonvriendelijke organisatie. Reageren traag op verzoeken voor reparaties. Lossen problemen vervolgens vaak niet naar tevredenheid op. Houd er rekening mee dat ze hoe dan ook een 'reden' vinden om je borg niet terug te betalen. Zijn niet vatbaar voor redelijke argumenten bij een geschil. Ze wijzen dan steevast naar de kleine lettertjes. Kortom: ze hebben alleen belangstelling voor je geld en en niet in een goede relatie met jou als huurder.
 Very formal, customer-unfriendly organization. Slow to respond to requests for repairs. Problems are often not solved satisfactorily. Keep in mind that they will find a 'reason' not to refund your security deposit anyway. Are not subject to reasonable arguments in a dispute. They invariably point to the fine print. In short: they are only interested in your money and not in a good relationship with you as a tenant.
