Very poor, inhumane service, often misdiagnosed, stubborn and systematic refusal of requests for help and assistants who make children under 5 years old, in 39+ years, suffer a fever and many complaints without a visit to the doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “De dokter beloofd dat hij maandag of dinsdag op huisbezoek komt, het is nu vrijdag en na meerdere telefoontjes is hij nog niet geweest. De patiënt (mijn oma) is erg angstig en dit wordt natuurlijk alleen maar erger. De assistente kan me niets vertellen, ze weet niet wat de dokter doet of wanneer hij komt. Dit is niet de eerste keer en we zijn het zat.”
“The doctor promised that he would come for a home visit on Monday or Tuesday, it is now Friday and after several phone calls he has not been there yet. The patient (my grandmother) is very anxious and of course this will only get worse. The assistant can't tell me anything, she doesn't know what the doctor is doing or when he will come. This is not the first time and we are fed up.”
