I	Inez Willekes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nu al twee keer hier henna brows laten zetten door Zuzza en beide keren zeer tevreden. Ze luistert goed naar je wensen en is heel gezellig. Ze weet duidelijk wat ze doet en levert erg mooi en precies werk af. Ik kom snel weer terug! Already twice had henna brows done here by Zuzza and both times very satisfied. She listens carefully to your wishes and is very pleasant. She clearly knows what she is doing and delivers very beautiful and precise work. I'll be back soon!
F	Familie aan de wiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt super slecht. Ik ben 10 min te laat. Ze gaan dicht om 6 en ik had on 17:00 een afspraak. Zegt ze af omdat ze het dan niet redden maar online stond dat het maar 45 min duurd dus dan zou je het toch gewoon redden voor sluitingstijd? Werk zelf ook in een salon en zou zelf echt nevernooit zo omgaan met klanten. Die wilde denk ik gewoon naar huis. Jammer. Kom hier nooit meer en raad het ook echt niet aan. Really really bad. I'm 10 minutes late. They close at 6 and I had an appointment at 5:00 pm. Does she cancel because they can't make it then but it was online that it only lasts 45 minutes so you would just make it before closing time? Also work in a salon and would never treat customers like this myself. I think he just wanted to go home. Unfortunate. Never come here again and really don't recommend it.

Het facial masker krijg je gewoon rechtop in een stoel en je hele huid is daarna vettig. Je wordt zelfs buiten gezet met nog overal restanten in je haar en gezicht. DO NOT GO HERE! Terribly bad service! They help 3 customers at once and don't communicate with you at all. You simply get the facial mask upright in a chair and your whole skin is greasy afterwards. You are even kicked out with remnants all over your hair and face.

R	Reika Egawa-Chavers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a bad experience! Booked one of the most expensive options the Brow lift with tinting to treat myself. Well.. it was the opposite. There were 2 employees and both busy with 3 people at the same time. And both did half of my so called treatment. There was not a lot of consultation about what result I was going for. In the end wasn’t happy with the result and totally did not feel relaxed to say the least. Expressed my annoyance and got a 10% discount. But that didn’t really help make me feel better or look any better.

First time I was there for a so called lash lift. The treatment only lasted 20 minutes and I didn’t really see a change. Def a waste of money. Now I went back for eyebrow threading and although the person who treated me was very nice, I don’t think the work was very good. I ended up with a lot of wounds in my face that are truly unnecessary. She needs to be more gentle and also care a little more about the end result. The treatment was very rushed and It shows in the result.

The staff is rude and the waxing specialists use one stick in the pot of wax - extremely unhygienic and disgusting! I’ve tried waxing and threading treatments and wouldn’t recommend either. Also had a friend who was dissatisfied with their lash lift. Stay away!!
