Hier ist unser Schwiegervater von Anfang an sehr gut integriert worden und er hat sich stets wohl gefühlt (Zitat: "das ist hier wie in einem Hotel..."). Auf individuelle Wünsche wird sowohl beim Essen als auch bei der Tagesbeschäftigung Rücksicht genommen. Es gibt viele Beschäftigungsangebote und es werden sogar Ausflüge und kurze Urlaubstripps unternommen. Ein hauseigener Kleinbus steht zur Verfügung und wenn es nicht reicht wird noch was dazu gemietet. Es gibt feste Termine für Spiele, Bewegungsangebote, Tanzen und Singen/Musizieren. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht aber zweckmäßig und in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind nicht zu mickrig (da habe ich schon ganz anderes gesehen) und so weit ich weiß sind es immer Einzelzimmer. Es gibt ein paar Zimmer für Paare, falls man zusammen ins Altenheim geht. Daran angeschlossen sind altengerechte Wohneinheiten mit Pflege-bzw. Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten. Es sind immer mehrere Gäste (so nennt man dort die Pflegepatienten) in Wohngruppen zusammengefasst. Dort gibt es jeweils nochmal (zusätzlich zu den Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen im Erdgeschoss) einen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche und den Einrichtungen für die Pflege. Auch mal ein Bad nehmen ist möglich. Im Sommer wird auch schon mal im schönen Innenhof zusammen gegessen oder gegrillt. Es gibt genügend Aufzüge und wer mit einem Scooter mobil ist der hat auch einen Platz um das Gefährt aufzuladen. Für mich ist es durchaus vorstellbar auch die Dienste dieser Einrichtung in Anspruch zu nehmen wenn ich mal alt, alleine und gebrechlich bin. The best retirement home in town. Nice staff and great caregivers. Here, our father in law has been very well integrated from the beginning and he has always felt good (quote: "this is like a hotel ..."). Individual wishes are taken into consideration both during the meal and during the day's work. There are many job opportunities and even trips and short vacation trips are made. An in-house minibus is available and if there is not enough is still something to rent. There are fixed dates for games, exercise offers, dancing and singing / making music. The decor is simple but functional and in order. The rooms are not too puny (I've seen quite a different one) and as far as I know they are always single rooms. There are a couple of rooms for couples if you go to the retirement home together. Connected to it are old housing units with care or. Support options. There are always several guests (that's what they call the nursing patients) in residential groups. There are again (in addition to the communal facilities on the ground floor) a large lounge with kitchen and facilities for the care. Even taking a bath is possible. In summer you can eat or barbeque together in the beautiful courtyard. There are enough elevators and if you are mobile with a scooter you also have a place to charge the vehicle. For me it is quite conceivable to use the services of this institution when I am old, alone and frail.

Wir dachten auch ,das meine Mutter dort gut aufgehoben ist .Doch das gilt hauptsächlich für die Bewohner die noch selbstständig sind . Ich könnte einige Vorfälle nennen ,aber das würde den Rahmen sprengen . Habe es sogar dem Kreis Kleve gemeldet . Nach dem letzten Krankenhausaufenthalt habe ich meine Mutter zu mir geholt ,weil ich es ihr nicht mehr zumuten wollte wieder in dieses Heim zurückzugehen. Als meine Mutter verstarb ,kam noch nicht mal eine Beileidskarte von dem Seniorenheim. Das finde ich schon sehr traurig . I can only speak for the retirement home in Picardy. We also thought that my mother is in good hands there. But that is mainly true for the residents who are still self-employed. I could name a few incidents, but that would go beyond the scope. I even reported it to the district of Kleve. After the last hospitalization, I brought my mother to me, because I no longer wanted to expect her to go back to this home. When my mother passed away, there was not even a sympathy card from the retirement home. I find that very sad.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen My mother lives here. And with the new manager, Mr. Benning, the Nenscgen have drawn the big lot here. I can only recommend
