Via bekenden die ook een badkamer hadden gekocht bij Brugman Keukens en Badkamers daar ook een afspraak gemaakt en uitstekend geholpen door Martijn. Martijn luistert goed naar wat de klant wil en zal nooit zijn eigen mening doordrukken. Martijn is eerlijk, oprecht en geeft goede adviezen over hoe en wat het beste is voor onze wensen en eisen en budget zonder daar bij concessies te doen. Dit is wat wij verwachten van een adviseur en daarom ook heel blij met het eind resultaat en de service die we tot nu toe ervaren hebben. Ik kan Brugman Keukens en Badkamers dan zeer zeker aanbevelen en geef iedereen het advies laat je door Martijn en zijn collega's adviseren over de mogelijkheden voor een nieuwe badkamer of keuken. We were looking for a new bathroom because we are going to renovate it. Via acquaintances who had also bought a bathroom at Brugman Kitchens and Bathrooms also made an appointment there and excellent help from Martijn. Martijn listens carefully to what the customer wants and will never push his own opinion. Martijn is honest, sincere and gives good advice on how and what is best for our wishes, requirements and budget without making concessions. This is what we expect from a consultant and therefore very happy with the end result and the service we have experienced so far. I can certainly recommend Brugman Kitchens and Bathrooms and give everyone the advice let Martijn and his colleagues advise you about the possibilities for a new bathroom or kitchen.
P	Pieter van Huis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben bij Brugman een badkamer met montage op afroep gekocht. Het mooie hiervan is dat het prijsvast is. Ivm een nieuwbouwhuis kan onze badkamer pas over een jaar geplaatst worden. Ons voordeel is dat de montage en het sanitair dan niet duurder wordt. Ik kan dit zeker aanraden (vooral bij nieuwbouw) We bought a bathroom with assembly on demand from Brugman. The great thing about this is that it is price-fixed. Due to a new house, our bathroom can only be installed in a year. Our advantage is that the installation and sanitary facilities will then not become more expensive. I can definitely recommend this (especially for new construction)
F	Frans van der Velde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het kopen van een keuken is absoluut géén eenvoudig te nemen besluit. Na enige omzwervingen bij Brugman Leeuwarden terecht gekomen. De heer Klaas Land is een zéér ervaren en professionele 'kenner van het vak'. We hebben vele uren overleg gehad en steeds weer aspecten gewijzigd. Klaas bleef daarbij stoïcijns meedenken, aanpassen, adviseren en heeft ons van uitstekende tips voorzien. Wij danken Klaas enorm .... en raden een ieder aan bij/met hem aan tafel te gaan !!! Buying a kitchen is definitely not an easy decision to make. After some wanderings we ended up at Brugman Leeuwarden. Mr Klaas Land is a very experienced and professional 'connoisseur of the trade'. We have had many hours of consultation and constantly changed aspects. Klaas kept thinking along stoically, adapting, advising and provided us with excellent tips. We thank Klaas enormously .... and recommend everyone to sit at the table with him !!!

En dat ze het beste voor je willen regelen binnen het budget. Alsof ze hun eigen nieuwe keuken aan het samenstellen waren. Nogmaals bedankt Casper en Klaas voor het mooie ontwerp en gezellige middag. Recently purchased our 3rd kitchen at Brugman. Super helped by Casper Vis and Klaas Land. It's nice that you think so. And that they want to arrange the best for you within the budget. As if they were putting together their own new kitchen. Thanks again Casper and Klaas for the beautiful design and pleasant afternoon.
K	Kirsten De Haan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tijd geleden tijdens Brugmania ons sanitair uitgezocht bij Martijn de Jong! ? inmiddels is het geplaatst door onze eigen aannemer en zijn we helemaal blij met het eindresultaat! Fijn dat Martijn meedacht en goed hielp en niet doordrukte dat we persé bij jullie ook de tegels etc. moesten kopen. Doordat wij geen duidelijke planning hadden ging onze eigen aannemer het installeren, daardoor moesten we dan ook tegels van zijn tegelzetter kopen. Was voor Martijn geen probleem en hielp ons fijn verder. Heel blij met onze keuzes! Some time ago during Brugmania our plumbing was selected at Martijn de Jong! ? it has now been placed by our own contractor and we are completely happy with the end result! It's great that Martijn thought along and helped well and didn't insist that we also had to buy the tiles etc. from you. Because we didn't have a clear schedule, our own contractor went to install it, so we had to buy tiles from his tiler. Was no problem for Martijn and helped us further. Very happy with our choices!
K	Klaas Weiland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super geholpen met onze nieuwe keuken door Casper Vis bij Brugman in Leeuwarden. Er werd goed meegedacht met onze wensen en hoe dit allemaal het beste ging passen binnen ons budget. Na het tekenen van de offerte werd alles nog eens opgemeten bij ons thuis en kwamen we er achter dat onze eigen metingen niet helemaal correct waren, dit is in een vervolgafspraak allemaal netjes aangepast in het ontwerp. Wij zijn erg blij met het resultaat! Super helped with our new kitchen by Casper Vis at Brugman in Leeuwarden. We thought along with our wishes and how this would all fit best within our budget. After signing the quotation, everything was measured again at our home and we found out that our own measurements were not completely correct, this was all neatly adjusted in the design in a follow-up appointment. We are very happy with the result!

My boyfriend and me bought a bathroom and was for to be ready in 5 weeks, is 5 months already and still not ready! They promised so much good things, but in the pratic, is very difficult. So much problems we had and have!
E	Erwin Losekoot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the advice of some people in neighbouring houses we went in to Brugman Leeuwarden. The kitchens all looked very big and out of our price range and we were about to walk out of the door again when the 'host' invited us to have a chat with a kitchen consultant and immediately made us a coffee. As my partner does not speak Dutch the consultant immediately switched to English. He listened carefully and then set about drawing a plan for us. Tea, coffee and snacks appeared and we were made very comfortable as Klaas (who we later discovered was the branch manager) explained the many options available. While working away he also kept us informed and entertained and we felt very unrushed, walking round the showroom several times to compare different options. While the final kitchen we decided on as definitely at the top end of our budget, we feel confident that we have got excellent value for money. In addition, the way we were treated was something I will certainly be using as a case study for my students about hospitality, hospitableness and hostmanship (I am a Professor of Hospitality Studies so I should know something about this!). As we were leaving after our final meeting my partner turned to me and said "that was not buying a kitchen, that was an experience". Thank you Klaas and the team who looked after us.
