E	Esther van Swelm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij outlet store geweest. Fijn ontvangen en duidelijke uitleg mbt werkwijze. Overzichtelijk de winkel ingedeeld. We kregen de vrijheid om zelf te neuzen tussen alle jurken maar werden ook geholpen zoveel als gewenst was. Neeltje (medewerkster) was uiteindelijk de ster van de ochtend door de winnende jurk te pakken; een die ik zelf niet zou kiezen maar mij wel prachtig stond. Ze was zeer goed te werk gegaan. Al met al een zeer fijne ervaring gehad! Been to outlet store. Nicely received and clear explanation regarding the method. The store is clearly laid out. We were given the freedom to browse through all the dresses ourselves, but were also helped as much as desired. Neeltje (employee) was eventually the star of the morning by taking the winning dress; one that I wouldn't choose myself, but it looked beautiful on me. She had done a very good job. All in all a very nice experience!

Ze nemen de tijd voor jou, voor je vragen, je verhaal en luisteren zeker ook goed naar de wensen! Ondanks dat ik dacht dat de eerste jurk, mijn jurk zou worden, hebben we toch op aanraden van de dames nog een andere jurk gepast.. maar zoals gedacht kon deze aan niets tippen waar de andere jurk dit wel kon! nogmaals heel hartelijke dank en ik kan niet wachten tot ik mijn mooie jurk aan kan op mijn trouwdag!! Very nice, quiet and professional shop, where we were very well helped by Lisa!! The first dress I put on is also the dress it turned out to be. They take the time for you, for your questions, your story and they certainly listen carefully to your wishes! Although I thought that the first dress would be my dress, we tried on another dress on the advice of the ladies.. but as thought, this one couldn't match anything the other dress could! once again thank you very much and I can't wait to wear my beautiful dress on my wedding day!!

Het was betoverend, de sfeer was warm en uitnodigend, de coupeuse was geïnteresseerd en zocht naar jurken die ik beschreef. Ze was enthousiast en leek het leuk te vinden, dat hielp mij om te ontspannen en echt te genieten van deze dag! En de jurken zijn echt prachtig! Ik raad iedereen aan om hierheen te gaan voor de zoektocht naar een trouwjurk. Het is echt de moeite waard om een stuk te rijden! Jessica, enorm bedankt voor jouw hulp en warmte! I really had the best experience finding my perfect wedding dress here!! It was enchanting, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the tailor was interested and searched for dresses that I described. She was enthusiastic and seemed to like it, which helped me to relax and really enjoy this day! And the dresses are really beautiful! I recommend everyone to go here for the search for a wedding dress. It is really worth the drive! Jessica, thank you so much for your help and warmth!

For anything that had to be ordered we had to keep calling in order to check if it was in already. No updates from their side and only when you ask, they start checking. Should be really easy to improve on this and maybe just an isolated incident but it was frustrating so say the least.

She gave me good advice and was ever so encouraging and sweet. We first went to the first store which had amazing dresses I fell in love with although they were above my budget, so I could not buy. I still think their selection of dresses was so nice. Secretly, I still want to get the dress from this store. Lol! I was able to try on several dresses to also get a feel of what I would look like in a wedding dress. Then we went to the outlet which is also a stone throw away. They had nice options but not like at the store. But I think its because I had already found the dress I wanted from the previous store so nothing satisfied me. Anyways, I encourage everyone to try this place out. Its really nice and the service for me was so impeccable. They eased my nerves and offered discounts too. Thanks Jessica you were sooooooohhh helpful!
